DIY fajita seasoning

Great fajita seasoning recipe. I came across this one on allrecipes after I forgot to pick up a premade packet from the store. I like this one better because I know exactly is in it! If you try it, let us know how it worked for you.

1T cornstarch

2t chili powder

1t salt

1t paprika

1t sugar

1/2 t onion powder

1/2 t garlic powder

1/4 t cayenne pepper

1/2 t ground cumin

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle to taste on cooked fajita veggies and meat. Save any remaining in a container for another use.
